Anyone in the UK can register with us. You can register in one of three ways:

Download: Print, and complete the registration form here, then email, post, or bring it to us.

In person: Visit reception and complete a registration form.

Home visits are only available for patients who live within the practice boundary* and meet the clinical criteria.

*The practice visiting boundary covers the following areas: Ernesettle, West Park, Barne Barton, St Budeaux, Trelawny, North Prospect, Milehouse, Penny Cross, Mannamead, Beaumont, Peverell, Hartley, Mutley, Lipson, Greenbank, Mount Gould, and Efford. This includes postcodes: PL2 2, PL2 3, PL3 4, PL3 5, PL3 6, PL3 7, PL4 6, PL4 7, PL4 8, PL4 9, PL5 1, PL5 2, PL5 3, PL5 4 (Whitleigh only), and PL5 9.
